Weight Loss Charting Tool

You can use this tool to track your progress. Your weight will fluctuate within the same day and from day to day by several pounds - so unless you chart, it will be difficult to know if you are approaching your goal.

This tool allows you to input your weight twice a day using a calendar screen, and then computes a 4-day moving average as well as your total weight loss.

Tip: The charting tool calculates a 3-4 day moving average, like a stock chart. To get the proper starting weight, please put in 3 days of weights BEFORE you start the diet. Otherwise the 3-day average starting point will reflect initial weight loss over the first few days, and will underestimate total weight loss.
