The QOD Diet™:
Eating QOD means eating mostly every other day. Eating QOD
is a way to lose weight gradually without pushing your body
into starvation mode.Eating QOD allows you to eat pretty much
what you want (within reason and without binging) every other
day (ON days), so you dont need to feel deprived or
shut out from a normal lifestyle. In between, during the OFF
days, you need to limit food intake to 300-400 calories, but
your mineral intake (sodium, potassium, and calcium) should
be kept
constant. (Please read our disclaimer). |

| QOD Tools |
| Useful tools include a weight loss charting
tool to graph your weight each day over several months. A
special energy calculator computes your caloric requirements
based on age, gender, height, weight, and activity level.
A food scale and a food calorie counter will help prevent
overeating on the OFF day, and a pedometer documents how much
walking you do in a day. (more...) |
